Daniel (Danny) Dale,72 of Georgetown, Florida passed away on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 in Orange Park, Fl.. Danny was born in Coffee County, Ga., on July 31, 1944 to the late Dan and Grace Dale. He was owner and operated of Dale's Auto Sales for 40 years in Crescent City, Fl. He was a former member of the Moose Lodge #1641 in Crescent City for 25 years.
Survivors are his wife of 36 years, Pat Dale of Georgetown, Fl.; son, Daniel Dale Jr., and wife, Katie of San Mateo, Fl.; daughters, Sue Bennett and husband, Tony of Pomona Park, Fl., Kelly Helton of Palatka, Fl.; sons, Andy Tait and wife, Savannah of Beaver Creek, Ky., Jack Thomas and wife, Kathy of Ky., Pat Thomas and wife, Kelly of Orange City, Fl., Richard (Richie) Thomas and wife, Sara of Crescent City, Fl.; twenty seven grandchildren; thirty great grandchildren and numerous friends and neighbors.
Danny mentored several young boys who turned into good men. Danny's Life will be celebrated on Monday August 15, 2016, 11 AM at Word of Faith Bible Church in Crescent City with Rev. Howard Cox officiating. Danny will be laid to rest at Eden Cemetery in Crescent City, Fl. Visitation will be on Sunday, August 14, 2016 from 3-5 PM at Watts Funeral Home and on Monday at the church at 10 AM until the time of the service. Memories may be shared at www.wattsfuneralhomes.com
