Ralph E. Cole, 87 of Pomona Park, Florida passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2016. Ralph was born in Jacksonville, Florida to the late William and Harriet (Barry) Cole. Ralph loved his church and he loved spending time on the lake. Ralph graduated from Andrew Jackson High School in Jacksonville, Fl., in 1946. After graduation he joined the U.S.Navy for 4 years. He was a master electrician and a member of the IBEW for over sixty years. He was a 32 degree Mason, 17 years of PP- LC Fire Department in Pomona Park. He was a member and deacon of the First Baptist Church of Pomona Park. Besides his parents he is preceded in death by his sister and brothers, first wife, Elaine Claire Cole, and second wife, Mary L. Cole. Ralph is survived by his daughters, Dinah Ulmer and husband, Charles of Kingsland, Ga., Mary Joe Ballard of Jacksonville, Fl.; two granddaughters and husbands; and four great grandsons. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2016, 1 :00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Pomona Park.
