John H. Norris, 92 of Satsuma, Florida passed away on December 26, 2020. John was born in Leesville, South Carolina. He was affectionately known as Papa John. He loved traveling, the Atlanta Braves, fishing, shrimping, and watching little League World Series. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and sharing a good meal in fellowship. He loved the outdoors and was a jack of all trades always helping others. He served in the United States Army and was a Corporal of 530th Transportation Truck Platoon. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ernestine Norris and five siblings. He is survived by two sisters, Thelma Koon of Saluda, SC., Nellie Gunter of Johnston, SC. John’s life will be celebrated on Monday, January 11, 2021, 11 AM at Watts Funeral Home in San Mateo with Pastor Jeff Foster officiating.
