Helen W. Vincent, 84 of Palatka, Florida passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2015. Helen was born in Jefferson County, West Virginia on February 23, 1931 to the late George F.and Mary Williams. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her brother, Richard Williams.She loved to quilt, volunteer at the hospital,  soup kitchen, and food pantry.  She was a member of the Ladies Guild.She was a member  of St. Monica's Catholic Church in Palatka. Survivors are husband of 30 years, Paul J. Vincent of Palatka, Fl.; son, Lee (Jake) Gray of Va.; daughters, Sally, and Teresa  both of Va.; sisters, Mary Margaret Brandenburg of Md.,Carol Sullivan and three grandchildren. A Mass was held at St. Moncia's Catholic Church in Palatka, Fl., on Wednesday, December 16, 2015. Watts Funeral Home and Cremation Center is entrusted to the arrangements.

(Pat)  Faulk, 74 of Satsuma, Florida passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2015. Pat was born to the late Lewis N.and Dovie Miller on March  19, 1941.  She loved to go shopping, travel, spend time with her family and friends. Survivors are her sons, Brandon, Andrew and Donald Flynn of Palatka, Fl.; brother, Lewis Miller of Yulee, Fl.; sisters, Judy Cooner of Ala., Betty Cook of St. Augustine, Fl.;  grandsons, Chace, Mason, and Rowan Flynn.  Graveside Service will be Thursday, December 31, 2015, 11:00 AM at Temple Cemetery in Kingsland, Georgia.  Visitation will be Wednesday, December 30, 2015 from 5-7 PM at Watts Funeral Home in San Mateo, Florida.

Marlene Rose (Shook) Ewbank

Marlene Rose (Shook) Ewbank, 78, of Georgetown, Florida passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2015.  Marlene was born in Fairmount, Indiana to the late Emory and Hazel (Phillippe) Shook on December 17, 1937.  She married Dennis Ewbank in 1958 and they moved to Orlando, Florida in 1960.  The couple moved to Georgetown initially for weekend visits and permanently in 2003.  She worked many years as a bookkeeper, and she enjoyed cooking for her family, gardening, activities with TOPS, HCE and Georgetown United Methodist Church, and boat rides on the St. Johns River.  Marlene was preceeded in death by her husband, Dennis, and her brother Xen.  She is survived by her sister Janet Tomlinson of New Whiteland, Indiana and brother Gary Shook of Sweetser, Indiana, three children Cindy (Bill) Cupp of Georgetown, Florida, Dale (Mary) Ewbank of Rochester, New York, and Darrel (Jennifer) Ewbank of Georgetown, Florida, seven grandchildren, Kristin, Darrel Jr., Shandalyn, Rebecca, Robert, Rachel and Kimberly, and one great grandson, Hunter.  A memorial service will be held Wednesday, 6 January 2016 at 11:00AM at Georgetown United Methodist Church.  In lieu of flowers or gifts the family requests memorial donations be made to the Georgetown Fruitland Volunteer Fire Department.  Watts Funeral Home & Cremation Center of San Mateo, Florida is entrusted with cremation arrangements and condolences may be shared with the family at wattsfuneralhomes.com.

David J. Sinor, 83 of Satsuma, Florida passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at his home. David was born on February 8, 1932 to the late William David and Minnie (Elliott) Sinor in Elk City, Ok.  He was a veteran of the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He enjoyed fishing, camping, traveling and especially spending time with his family.  Besides his parents he is preceded in death by his brother, John Sinor, sister, Modean Armejo and daughter, Rhonda Wilde. .He lives on in the hearts of his wife, Neva J. Sinor of 52 years of Satsuma, Fl.; sons, Richard Sinor and wife, Kathie of Granite Bay, CA., Mike Sinor  and wife, Cindy, of Buckeye, AZ.; sister, Irene Broge of Yuba City, CA; three granddaughters, Jessica LaFollette, Aerin Driggers, and Kathryn Sinor; grandsons, Adam, Ryan, Kevin, and David Sinor; Great grandchildren, Kyle, Ruby, Jenna, Aiden, Allysa, Aiden, Aeric, Ainsley, and Zoey and numerous nieces and nephews. David's Life will be celebrated on Monday, January 11, 2016, 11 AM at Watts Funeral Home in San Mateo. Memories may be shared with his family on line at www.wattsfuneralhomes.com.

Dixie L. Bounds, 74 of Georgetown, Florida passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2016. Dixie was born in Normal, Illinois to the late Arthur and Dorothy Caldwell on October 2, 1941. She loved, horseback riding and playing cards.  She loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren. In her younger years, she was active in the Passion play. Dixie was an avid animal lover.  Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Lowell Kenneth Bounds. She is survived by her sons, Arthur (Pete) Cunliffe and wife, Renee of New Market, AL., Michael Cunliffe and wife, Connie of Normal. IL., Kenneth Lowell Bounds of Georgetown, Fl.; daughters, Edna Hasty of Normal. IL., Kandra L. Guinsler and husband, Bryon of Yorktown, VA., Patricia Bounds of Flagler Beach, Fl.; brother, Bill Caldwell and wife, Cindy of Lexington, IL; sisters, Nancy Wilkey and husband, Harold of  Pontiac,  IL., Sharon Barker of Cooksville, IL.; fourteen grandchildren and several great grandchildren and numerous other relatives. Rebecca A. (Becky) Baldwin, 59 of San Mateo, Florida passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2016.  Becky was born on January 20, 1957 in Fort Pierce, Florida to Leroy and Vivienne Huff.  She loved to hunt, camp and barbecue with her family and friends. Becky loved to write poetry and socialize
at work with her co workers and customers.  She never met a stranger.  She is preceded in death by her father, Leroy Huff; son, Joseph David Baldwin, and her husband, Billy David Baldwin. She lives on in  the hearts of her mom, Vivienne Huff of Dunnellon, Fl.; sister, Lee Gallott-Harding and husband, Barry of Dunnellon, Fl.; daughter, Patricia Wise and husband, Mitchell of San Mateo, Fl.; sons, Billy Daniel Baldwin and wife, Lindsey of San Mateo, Fl., Phillip Baldwin of San Mateo, Fl.; grandchildren, Austin, Jessica, Amber, Joseph, and Kinsey and Skyler Baldwin, Mitchell Jr., and Joshua Wise, Haley, Ashley and Randi Bennett, Krysta Harrell, Jenna Lane,  Christopher Dale, and Mylaa Creeron. Dorothy A. (Dot) Sullivan, 87 of Interlachen, Florida passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at her home.  Dot was born on May 19, 1928 in Flint, MI., to the late Rufus and Emagean Hickenbotham. She loved to quilt, sew, play bingo, cards, and games, bowl and take of her family. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Sullivan Sr.; three sons, Charles E. Sullivan, Andrew Ned Sullivan  and William (Bill)  Rufus Sullivan; daughter, Dorothy Ann Lynch and two grandchildren. Survivors are her sons, James E. Sullivan Jr., of Interlachen, Fl., Robert Daniel Sullivan and wife, Linda of Center Point, Indiana; Lawrence Lee (John) Sullivan and wife, Shirleen of Lake City, Fl.; daughters, Carolyn Sue Clark of Gainesville, Fl.; Teresa Holt and husband, James A. Holt of Johnson, Fl.; brother, Ray Hickenbotham and wife, Mary of Terre Haute, Indiana; sister, Mary Melcho of Marshall, Illinois; twenty grandchildren; numerous great and great great grandchildren. A  Memorial Service will be held at Woodlawn Baptist Church 11:00  AM Saturday, February 13, 2016 with Pastor LD Osteen as officiant.
